To me, what that really means is... I'm deeply passionate about the inner work. I've always been the person you go to if you need to be seen, heard, felt, & understood... I feel this is because I can see the truth of your soul, read between the lines of what you 'say' & what's actually going on underneath, & gently bring that forward for you... Over time, I've grown that superpower & made it my life's work to help others lift the veil off your eyes so you courageously BE(come) your full self.

THE PROCESS
I take a holistic (mind-body-soul) approach to healing & growing your inner world. This means we work on the mind by building deep levels of self awareness & reprogramming the subconscious; We work on the body by relearning how to release unprocessed emotions & listen to the wisdom of your intuitive voice; and we work on the soul by consciously building unshakable self trust & empowering you to show up as the uninhibited expression of your true, authentic self (who is not afraid to let their true magnificence be seen & felt in this world).
This involves a 3-step approach:
SELF AWARENESS —> identifying the root cause of the triggers that are inhibiting your success; gaining understanding of what you truly desire, & knowing exactly what is holding you back (self limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, unprocessed trauma, etc) so you can make change happen!
HEALING —> relearning how to process stored emotions in a healthy way; creating safety around emotional expression; somatic (body) healing; nervous system regulation; root cause healing (this begins the process of rewiring your subconscious)
REPROGRAMMING —> rewiring your subconscious programming & the default mindset that keeps you stuck; Practicing embodiment of your real self - How do you want to show up? Who do you really want to be? This step is about liberation - becoming free from your limiting mind so you can live FULLY, & courageously express your true potential into the world.
