Why a group, and will I still get individual attention?

Because the wound is comparison and self-doubt… and the medicine is realising you were never the only one. You’ll be in a small room of no more than 15 athletes, all committed to getting out of their own way. Watching them shift is what lets you believe it’s possible for you too. This is comparison flipped into proof. You still get real-time coaching in the room and WhatsApp access to me between calls, so you’re never left alone with what surfaces.

What if what I've tried before didn't stick?

I hear you. Most approaches work on mindset alone and neglect the deeper subconscious layers,the root of everything,which is why it doesn't work. The approach we take here isn't surface level, it's much much deeper. We work on the body, nervous system, subconscious belief systems, and recoding the patterns stored beneath your conscious awareness. That's why it sticks.

What if I'm not into the woo woo stuff?

Perfect. Everything I teach and guide is backed fully by neuroscience. I love me some woo but I always look for the science behind why it works.

What if I'm not good at the inner work or meditation?

You don't need any experience. This isn't sitting cross-legged trying to clear your mind. The processes we go through are simple body-based tools: breathwork, movement, guided audios and frameworks. I walk you through every step. If you can breathe, you can do this.

How much time will this actually require?

We will hold 2 x Live Sessions per week (60–90min each) and replays will be yours to keep forever, so if you can't make the live,you have the recording. Outside of our sessions,this program is designed to fit into your life. We're talking 15–20min/day to integrate into your existing routine. The question isn't whether you have time, it's whether you can afford to keep spending time stuck in the same cycle.

Can one month really make a difference?

I hear you. You can feel there’s more in you. More potential, more power… but something you can’t quite name keeps blocking the breakthrough.

I know that feeling, because I lived inside it for years. I won a national title at 23y/o after a decade of chasing the belief that winning would finally make me feel like enough. It didn’t. I went on to race the world whilst accidentally tying all of my self worth to the result. I was desperately trying to prove myself, but never felt like it was good enough. Carrying a now or never, do or die mentality, whilst quietly falling apart underneath…
