One session to breakthrough your biggest mental blocks.
In 60-90 mins I'll find the real reason you're in your own way, and shift it so you can finally level up into the athlete you're truly capable of being, without the mental limitations.
Here's the part you've been missing: more positive affirmations and motivational self help fluff won't get you there. Nor will just trying harder. The real inner work gets you there.
I know because I lived it. Australian national champion, WorldTour contract, and still spiralling mid-race, still comparing myself to everyone else, & still never fully backing myself when it counted.
And I had nobody to teach me how to fix this part. So I learned it myself, now… I've coached 100+ high performers, including Olympians, national champions and WorldTour pros.
Let's set you up for peak performance.
We find the real underlying mental block, not the superficial one. And we get to work on healing + reprogramming the subconscious. You walk away with a shift in identity you've been trying to lock into for years.
Voice notes or text, as much as you want, for your whole support window. This is the part my clients say is the most transformative part… it's real support, in real time, in your real day-day life.
You don't leave with a vague good feeling and no idea what to do on Tuesday. You leave with it written down. Either your notes and takeaways from the session, or a full 3-month plan mapped specifically to you.
"I don't have what it takes. I'm silly for believing it."
"A third place has never felt so much a win."
Tour stage podium. Same rider who'd finished 41st on stage one that week.
"I'm never quite doing the right thing, or enough… always falling short."
"I have every right to be here. I deserve to be here."
World Champion, a week after saying it.
We never touched their training.
Same work, different depth. Pick the one that matches how much is riding on this right now.
Secure checkout with Stripe. Straight after you pay you'll fill in a short form, then pick your time in my calendar.
Questions first? Message me on Instagram.
It lands the second you've paid. A handful of questions to share what's going on, where you're at and what you want out of the session, so we don't spend the first fifteen minutes on background.
At the end of the form my calendar opens up + you schedule in your session. I'll have read your answers before you sit down.
Zoom. We dive straight in. By the end you'll know exactly what's been running the show, and we'll have shifted a big chunk of it. You'll leave feeling solid in your next steps. Ready to level up!
Ask any questions, share any insights, dump any rants, at any time… I will respond within my working hours to walk you through any and all of it. This is where the inner work really lands + embeds.
Within 24hrs, you'll get detailed notes from our session, plus your 3-mo plan (if you opt into this option). This is where you get to takeaway and apply everything I walked you through in-session.

I was an Australian national road champion and a professional cyclist. I was also, at the same time, deep in disordered eating, depression, and an identity that fell apart the moment the results did.
I did everything right on the bike and almost nothing right in my own head, because nobody ever showed me how. I left the sport on my own terms in 2020 and went and learned the thing I'd been missing.
Since then I've worked with more than 100 high performers. Olympians. National champions. World champions. WorldTour pros. I can usually tell within one conversation what's actually blocking you, because I've either lived it or I've sat with someone who has.
If there's one specific thing in your head, a race you keep choking, a teammate you keep measuring yourself against, a decision you can't make, take The Call. Sixty minutes is plenty to find it and give you something to work with.
If it's bigger than one thing, or you've got a season or a selection coming and you want to know what to actually do between now and then, take The Deep Dive. The extra thirty minutes is where we go from naming it to dismantling it, and the 3-month plan is what stops it creeping back in.
No. You have to be someone who takes their sport seriously and knows they've got more in them than they're getting out. I've worked with Olympians and I've worked with people three years into racing who train around a full-time job. The block is remarkably similar. What matters is that you actually want to look at it.
For finding the block, yes. I've done this hundreds of times and the pattern shows up fast once someone's actually willing to say the true thing out loud.
What 60 minutes isn't enough for is changing it. That's what the support window and the written takeaway are for. The session is the diagnosis. The rest is the work.
Exactly what it says. For your window you can send me as many voice notes or messages as you want and I'll reply properly. I'm not counting them.
Fair warning on the one boundary: I answer between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, Australian time. Send whenever suits you, you'll just get me in my hours. If you're taking The Call and your 24 hours falls over a weekend, tell me and we'll shift it.
My 1:1 programs run 3 to 6 months with fortnightly or weekly calls and WhatsApp access the whole way through. This is the concentrated version: one deep dive, an intense support window, and something written you then run yourself.
It's the right move if you want a specific block dealt with, or if you want to see how we work together before committing to something bigger. Whatever you pay comes off a 1:1 program if you start one within 14 days, so nothing's wasted either way.
That's often the best time. The block is live, you can feel it, and we're not working with a memory of it. We'll time your support window around a race if that's useful.
Not for these. They're short, intense containers delivered inside a fortnight, so it's pay in full. My longer 1:1 programs can be split across the program duration.
Then message me before you pay and I'll tell you straight. I'd genuinely rather send you to the right thing than take money for the wrong one.
